RETURN/SHIPPING POLICY

DUE TO SANITARY REASONS (COVID-19)

THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

EVA'S DOLL HOUSE is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ITEMS. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received your package or if your package is still in transit, you MUST take that up with USPS. If your package is sent back due to insufficient address, you will have to pay for reshipment or you will be subjected to a refund (not including shipping). All items are shipped between 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS. USPS takes approximately 1-3 business days to deliver U.S. orders and takes 7-21 business days to deliver international orders.
